I love the color of this dress. It's just the right color of red for me. The length is a little short to be called a true maxi but it looks better just a little short. The fit is true to size for me but might be tight for those with broader shoulders. The fabric is flowy and has a nice quality look to it. This will give your body shape without drawing attention to a thicker midsection or thicker arms because of the high empire waist. The sleeves are comfortable and puffed so you don't feel like they are constricting and the leg coverage is modest and also flattering. I chose this dress in black so that I could wear it throughout the year for pretty much any occasion and I'm pleased with this item and feel the price is very affordable.

I got this dress hoping it would be warm enough for an outside wedding...since it is described as a fall dress. The material is super thin. Its design may be fall looking, but it's definitely not described as a fall dress due to warmth. It's definitely not something I can wear outside in chilly weather. I think a fall dress should be thicker material, so for that I take the stars off. With that said, the dress is OKAY. For me, it's not very flattering on. However, I believe it will be for some people - just not for my body type. So, for those of you who would like more specifics - I am 5'2" and weigh about 105 lbs. I feel like the dress just kind of hangs on me (I ordered a small). For someone a little bigger than me it will probably look very nice on. Also, for those of you who are short and are wondering, the dress hangs about 5 inches above my feet. The material is the type of material that will snag very easily, so keep that in mind as well. Overall, I'm disappointed in the dress. I know others gave it a great review, but for me it just didn't work out.

I love this style of dress! It's so attractive. It's got elastic shirring at the waist. The sleeves have elastic at the wrists too. It also has a v-neck and there are small fabric covered buttons in front. The fabric is light and flowy and very good quality. Just slightly see through so a slip is needed. This is definitely true to size! This dress is well sewn. It's a very comfortable dress too. I'm five feet five inches and the length falls to about three inches above my ankles. I would love to have this dress in different colors. It's a great staple in my wardrobe. Good price for this beautiful dress. I love it and will be wearing it a lot. Highly recommend.

This dress is lovely and looks so nice on my daughter. The fabric is soft and flowy, with a nice drape. The elastic at the waist is forgiving and flattering. The fit is true to size and looks great all around. The stitching is nice and even and professional. It is a light-weight fabric that will work great for early spring or fall. My daughter said she will probably wear a slip underneath, but it isn't a true see-thru fabric, so that may not be necessary. It is truly lovely and I highly recommend this dress!

The smocked high empire waist is flattering, and it fits true to listed size. The details such as puffed sleeves, lightly pleated shoulders, v neck and faux button placket add to its attractiveness. If you usually wear S and are taller, expect it to be a little shorter than a typical maxi dress. It’s a very comfortable dress. I wore it to Thanksgiving dinner and got several compliments. This is a very pretty dress. I ordered the rose red color and it's not at all red. It's a very dark pink, but I love it! The fit is great and accurate to the size chart. It's well made and the material is typical of a polyester dress and flows nicely. I'm 5'3" and it goes to about mid calf. I wish it was a little bit longer, but it's still nice.
