I am genuinely shocked by the quality and appearance of this chain. I got it in gold, and might I add, I was extremely skeptical of what this chain would look like. It has a beautiful, vibrant 18k or even 22k gold color. I notice that a lot of gold-plated stainless steel jewelry has a grayish undertone since the plating can be very thin. This chain looks just as good as my pure 22k gold jewelry. The box chain style is flat, unlike other box chains that are round or cubic. I prefer this because it lays flat on the chest and catches the light. It's been about 2 weeks and I haven't had any issues with fading. I wear it all the time, including long hot showers. It looks just as good as it did the day it arrived. I can't speak to the durability since I haven't had it for very long, but I haven't had issues yet. This chain is beautiful and sturdy. I have gotten lots of compliments already. I can only hope the plating holds as promised. It has a tag verifying the plating and it is over stainless steel so no matter what, there will never be and "green neck" lol

I like this necklace! It’s very thick and heavy and can be for a guy or girl. In the long size it is perfect for a heavier pendant but is also great without one. It came quickly and has a good clasp.
