The quality of the material is amazing. I felt that the sizes ran a little smaller then normal but other then that they qash and dry great. They're very durable. I have had no issues at all with the pants they will last a very long time. Wish everyone made their products with quality material. I will for sure buy from them again just will get a size larger then what I want not a lot of give in them. They've been put through the ringer and still look brand new.

So first off, these are super comfortable. Feels like I'm wearing pajamas! Sizing is annoying. My regular pants are medium short, so that's what I bought. They were wayyy to small. So I exchanged them for large regular. Length is good, but now the waist has too much slack. So much so that it's annoying. Probably gonna get them adjusted. And now I'm starting to notice poor quality. Like the belt loop that's falling apart and I haven't even washed them yet. I'm not totally sure how I feel about these yet, but I can certainly say they are a game changer on hot days.

Only had these a few months so far so haven't beaten them up to hard but they seem to be holding up well. Also, the fit was really close to the military version. I will be ordering more of these as I'm happy with them so far.

Propper usually makes good quality pants but these are very low quality. The cut of the pants, especially at the knees, is bad and does not have room in front of the knees that allows the wearer to kneel without the pants binding at the knee. This is really disappointing since all of the other Propper BDU / TCU type pants that I have bought in the past have been cut to allow extra room in front of the knee to facilitate kneeling without binding. These are lightweight pants but the material is very thin and I don't expect them to last long but since they don't fit right that doesn't really matter. I'll use them around the house but not for any activity that requires good mobility.
