The slippers are very cute and comfy. Memory foam is actual good quality and with each step you sink into the sole. On top of the the fur is nice and warm. I am a 7 and ordered a 7, true to size! I also have the other similar slippers from this company with the rubber bottoms for outdoor slippers and these are just as nice! A little less bulky/sturdy since they are for indoors but all in all very impressed with this brand. ... show more

One shoe was firm and tight (obviously brand new) the other was loose and slipping off. After realizing it kept slipping off, I inspected the shoe further and realized just how used the shoe was. On one the fur was perfect, on the other the fur is irregular and felt as if something had been wasted on it. After reaching out to the seller they asked me to keep the item and they’d refund me 10% and that was just bizarre to me.
