I was a bit hesitant to buy these with so many reviews saying how 'hard' the insole was. I was pleasantlyl surprised. No, these aren't like 'pillow slippers' but the style isn't meant to be. There is a 'give' in the insole, and whenever I've bought clogs like these, they 'shape' to the contours of your foot with repetitive wear. I'm hoping that will happen. But for me, the heel strap was the sell point; I'm tired of having clogs fly off when I'm walking. So they look good with jeans, they are reasionably comfortable out of the box, there's enough toe room to wear them with a cushy sock. These are the best goldenstar clog looks for less I’ve been able to find! Made with real suede and a lot better quality than the other brands I’ve tried. The platform in the shoe is not super soft or foam like, it is more of a hard material. I’ve worn these for a few days and have had no issues though. They are actually pretty comfortable with thicker socks. Would I wear them for intensive walking? Absolutely not. But if you’re looking for a less expensive version of the Goldenstar clogs to style for everyday these are PERFECT! I got the color Taupe and they do run true to size! ... show more

Sadly my experience has not been good. With this seller. I first ordered this model of shoe from Project Cloud about a month ago and they sent me the wrong size. That was a bummer because the shoe was so cute and I didn’t notice any flaws to the shoe. So, I returned the shoe and bought them again hoping they would send the right size this time. I received the shoes in my correct size but the quality of the shoes were terrible. From my pictures you can see the suede on the heels are attached very wonky. I hope I can explain this properly, but the left shoe’s upper material was sewn or glued very wonky and it tugged, and would most likely rub the top/inner foot raw if I tried to keep wearing them. Overall, whoever let these shoes pass during quality control did a poor job with this one. My last issue (also shown on the picture of me holding the shoe slightly angled. If you look at the seams, you can see all the markings of where it indicates to line up the fabric but it doesn’t so they don’t meet up properly. I gave this one star because they used real cowhide suede and that’s really nice, but the fit and make of them is so sloppy. These shoes are a great and comfy dupe for the Ugg Goldenstars BUT the sizing is off. I am a true size 7, based on the comfort I wanted I got a 7.5 so I could wear cozy socks but the top part of the shoe was so tight I couldn’t fit my whole foot in the shoe therefore leaving my heel hanging off the back. Needless to say, I exchanged for an 8 (which I never wear) and they fit perfectly. Worth the size debacle in my opinion, but just be aware! ... show more

I absolutely love these I bought these in a size 8 and I also got that chestnut nut color in a size 8, so comfortable. I also own two pairs of there boots. If this company ever wanted someone to test products for the cough cough such as there sandals I'm a size 8, girls what were you waiting for, run go get yourself a pair or 4 or 6 your worth it and there beautiful awesome quality. I absolutely love these shoes. Unfortunately, the strap on these did break. I plan to glue it together somehow. I did wear them for about a month or so before it broke. For the price, I do feel like the quality could be a little better, especially since they’re only about $30 less than the name brand alternative. Disappointed to say that the soles of these shoes are too rigid. There is no bend at all in the shoes which makes them incredibly difficult to walk in. If the fabric had any stretch to it perhaps they would be wearable, but every step pulls down hard on the fabric that wraps around the top of your foot. It's unfortunate because the insoles are quite comfortable otherwise, they feel good to stand in. But they are painful to wear because they are stiff as a board. So far I am in love, I am a man and I wear a size nine so size 10 fits great. Great shoe for a great price and not as expensive as another brand. The only concern I have is that the shoes are two different shades of brown, but I am letting that go. Super comfortable to walk in.
