  • Perfect upgrade for a Traxxas Maxx v2
I used these on my Maxx v2 they are bigger than the stock tires and imo make the truck look way better. More like the 1/8 scale it really is. Will need a few parts to get them to bolt on to the maxx, need the wheel hubs and metal drive shafts, if using Traxxas branded parts.

  • Mine are still going after a blowout
I put these on an ARRMA Notorious, swapping the included plastic hexes for the optional metal ones, and thrashed it relentlessly. The location featured a very steep slope that made it tricky to walk up there to flip the thing over whenever I landed with the wheels up, so I was pretty remorseless about ballooning the tires out to saucer size in order to get the truck to flip itself. I actually watched one of them blow out, after I had done this mercilessly, again, and again, and again, over about three hours of hard bashing. The tire didn't shred and fly to pieces, so I kept running it. I'm still running it. These Pro-Line Badlands are AMAZING! I probably would have gotten the belted version if I had been able to buy them, but it's just as well I didn't. These have held up to massive abuse, and my original set of four is still going. I haven't even bothered to swap on one of the spares yet. I tried a set of belted trenchers on this truck, and the added weight destroyed is performance utterly. I'm really glad I can get away with running un-belted tires, without having to change tires every five minutes, like I did with the stock dBoots Backflips. Worth it! And cheaper than the belted version. ... show more

  • Required re-gearing.
These are awesome, but when put on my Maxx the motor cogs extremely bad and you will need to run probably a 18-20 tooth pinion gear. Once your gears are in order they’re great.

  • Big and heavy
Best RC tire for E-Revo or Sledge In any kind of dirt mud off-road just a little heavier

  • Great tire
Great tire for my traxxas maxx (Not X-Maxx) but a little on the heavy side. Had to change the gear from a 24-tooth to a 20-tooth and had to buy a wheel hub adapter. Note the adapter traxxas tells you that you need for this tire is wrong... The part you will need for the MAXX is part 5353x

  • Balloons really bad
The media could not be loaded. I put these on my ausga xlr hoping they would give me better traction. That’s not the case these things have you all over the road. So please save yourself some trouble can keep looking

  • Tires have no tread or grip at all
Unable to maintain control of the RC truck due to no tread available on the tires.

  • Inside hub breaks easily
Very good wheels they hold together extremely good it’s just the center hub breaks easily. If you do a lot of bashing and jumping, they tend to crack when putting in the screws to mount them to the rim if the screw is not put in Straight. and I’m thinking of another way they break is because they’re a half inch offset usually the weight of a vehicle and quite a bit of an offset don’t match well, it puts too much pressure on the rim when landing ... show more
