Truly the best belted 1/8th tire I have used. I have them on a 1/7th. It’s a very wide and tall tire so make sure your differentials can handle them. Works well on all surfaces strong and glued well. I run these on my E Revo 2.0 and can not complain with them. They have been holding up pretty well the last few months that I’ve had them. I really like the size comparison to the factory ties as well. Over all would recommend because I hate having to always glue tires due to ballooning

So the belted trenchers are super expensive but are they worth it? Well, I suppose it's what your looking to achieve with your rc truck. For me, I wanted some durable bashing tires that I could go fast with and not have tires that balloon up to dinner plates. My problem is they're just too dam heavy, they're huge so if you have a fast, modified rc truck the spinning mass of these tires always breaks itself or something on my truck. This time the hex holders are all cracked and I've replaced them 3 times already. The trenchers also don't perform very well in tough conditions considering their size, price and claims. They're slow to turn and I'm using a Perfect Pass 65kg Servo with all aftermarket cnc mounts so it's definitely not my rc lacking steering power. Once these get over 50mph they will still speed wobble even though they're belted and I could only go 60mph max with these on my custom Kraton 6s before not being able to control them. They're very expensive and I honestly think the stock Copperhead 2's are better performing at 1/2 the price. ... show more

They were overpriced and oversized I have to change my gearing to be able to have fun with it and then they’re so heavy that they ruin the handling. They’re still better than the stock tires because they don’t balloon but I’m going to install a 20t pinion gear and maybe my rating will change, but at the moment I’m not happy with them. I’ve installed the 20t pinion along with a hardened steel 50t spur gear, doing this made the truck what it should have been sold as it is awesome now. However I still think they’re overpriced and more so because I had to buy more parts to make them good. I’d like to see a set that matches the size tire that comes on the maxx. ... show more

PRO: The tires are very good and they definitely do not balloon out when reaching high rpm’s. CON: These tires are over 3 ozs each heavier than the tires I was running. Also, as the surface is stiffer than what I had, they do not grip quite as well one of the packages was missing a couple of screws so I had to find the right screws to be able to attach the hex drive socket to the wheel. ... show more
