Has a very nice feel. Slight unevenness is the stitching. Seems handstitched. Docking a star for the uneveness in the seam. 65 stitches on the outer and inner seams. Made in India. I collect cricket balls cos I no longer play. I used to be an opening pace bowler. Every ball I buy I compare to a ball I played with many years ago a friend received a set as a gift. The ball was not exactly red but slightly orange. It felt almost like an orange to the touch. The movement in that ball was incredible. It lasted many overs. Keep in mind - we normally played with machine made balls that were nowhere near international standards. Product works exactly as advertised. One minor flaw is the quality of the string. The threading started to unravel about first day, but it has held even through out hours of knocking so far. This is a great looking ball and makes a nice souvenir. The only thing to note is that this is one ball and not the six shown in the picture. As I bought it for a gift, I cannot comment on its suitability for play.
