I bought a cheap battery first. Didn’t last a month before it wouldn’t hold a charge. This is like the original because it is. My headset I use daily for work the original worked for years as this will also. You get what you pay for don’t buy the cheap one.

Product is as pictured. Included Torx screwdriver is ultra cheap which is fine for a 1 time use tool. Installation instructions are diagrams only, adequate and include single earpiece and dual earpiece instructions. Installation is easy but the screws are very small as is the battery connector. It takes a firm tug to disconnect battery connector from headset so some care is required to avoid damaging the battery wires but the wires though small are sturdy and very well attached to the connector. After installation, to condition the battery I used for a few days (I am on the phone at least 4 hrs per day) then measured talk time after an overnight charge. Is difficult to measure but I am now getting at least 6 hrs and I think closer to 7.5 hrs talk time. This is nowhere near the 10 hrs Jabra advertises however even a few minutes charge time between calls adds 30 minutes or more to talk time thus I am able to basically talk all day if needed. I don't know whether it impacts headset battery life but for the test I set the base station wireless range to "very low" (which gave surprisingly good range including through several walls) and on the headset only the "enable touch volume" and "enable touch mute" settings were active. I have same headset in home office and traditional office and bought new battery for each and both work great. I would buy it again from this supplier (Jabra).

This was a nice replacement for my 5 year old headset. The headset itself was in perfect shape and does a good job of "trickle" charging to maximize battery life. I have been using the new battery for over a month daily and working great. Note, I have used a non-OEM battery first since I did not know this one existed. That battery had inaccurate charge indicator so would drop to zero when it showed 50% charge left. Very pleased with this purchase.

Worked just fine. One small complaint that keeps this from 5 starts is that the torx driver is not magnetic. The screews are tiny so a magnetic bit would have made it a lot easier. I recommend you have a magnet off your refrigerator, small container, or similar handy so that you don't lose the screws. I have a magnetic pad I use when working with small fasteners like this.

I've got a Jabra 9450 Pro headset that I've had for many years, since it first came out. I use it every single day from 4-6 hours every day. So you can imagine that the battery had started to weaken, I had to charge it again after an hour. I thought I was stuck and have to go buy another headset, the replacement headsets are expensive (in comparison) and I wasn't interested in replacing the whole unit. I came across this battery and for the price, thought I'd give it a shot. WORKS FANTASTIC! Not only is my range better but I can again stay on the phone all day without having to recharge.

I was worried that I would get an off-brand substitution for this Jabra part, but that was not the case. I got the "real thing. " It was well packaged (a foam cutout surrounding the battery), included fairly comprehensive pictorial instructions and even included the necessary T6 screwdriver. Changing it out was a breeze, and the new one appears to work just fine (time will tell). In light of the other negative reviews, I will update this if battery life isn't up to scratch. My headset is a Jabra Pro 9470.

Watched the video, broke out the torx driver, and went to work. Took me 3 minutes. Be careful to route the small wires in a way that doesn't get pinched when you reassemble. The battery had a date stamp of just a couple of months ago so its fresh. New life for my trusted office partner.
