I bought a pricey dress for a gala I had to attend but unfortunately it ended up not being very flattering, so I turned to Amazon for something comparable that would be here asap…my plan was to dress it up with lots of jewelry, staple pair of heels, and a nice bag- turns out the dress said enough and I didn’t have to overly compensate to make it look like more than an “cheap Amazon find”. I was worried about the straps because of some reviews but the straps on mine were just fine, not tearing. I ended up absolutely loving this dress and the fit! I was impressed and I’m so glad I grabbed this. I was able to sit comfortably and dance all night. The slit isn’t too high, I think it’s perfect, but it’s definitely a statement! It doesn’t breath super well, if you sweat easily you may get sweat marks, definitely glad our event was in a cold ballroom! I wouldn’t wear this in the super hot summer weather. I ordered the black, so I’m not sure if the other colors have the same material. Oh, and it definitely shows underwear lines so plan accordingly- seamless or nothing😬 For reference right now I’m 5’8 and 142 lbs. I lose and gain weight easily so my dress size ranges from 6-10 (medium-large) depending on where I’m at size-wise. Right now I’m more of a medium, I ordered the medium and I’m happy with this size! It fit like a glove and even had enough length to wear 3 inch heels. Overall the dress is good. It’s thick and stretchy. My only complaint are the straps, I feel like they could rip off very easily. I’m 5’1 160lbs and got a medium. The length was good, a bit long but it’s not a problem.

I gave this dress 4 stars, due to the fact that the top of this dress kept rolling down. It was rather embarrassing for me. Other than that, I loved it! It was sleek, and comfy! It’s fleece lined which kept me warmer than usual. The straps are super stretchy too. The dress hugged me nicely. I loved the high slit! I feel like I could wear it as a strapless dress too. I'll see if I can edit this later and include a picture. I cannot believe how bad this dress looks. It is literally just a tube of transparent fabric with super thin, round elastic for the straps that isn't spaced far enough to even be comfortable. The top looks nothing like it does in the product image. It's way too long and the slit just doesn't work right. It's just confusing and garbage. I wanted to like it so badly ... show more

The idea for this dress is on point! Pros: adorable thigh slit, floor length even though I’m 5’7 and still would work with a heel, good price Cons: odd material. Not silk, not cotton, kinda cheap? Chest cut is not what is displayed in pics. The pics show box cut, this almost for an octagon cut making armpit fat predominate. I ordered a large and ordered an XL bc of this issue. The sizes are smaller as I always fit in a large, and surprisingly, the extra large was only maybe a centimeter or two more fabric. I really like the dress, soft and comfy. Only complaint is my own fault. I should’ve sized down. I’m 5’6, 170-181 pounds and it feels a smidge loose. The material is really stretchy too so I think that’s why it feels a bit big. Also i tried it on at night and as of rn it’s not sheer. I’ll edit when I see during the day :) But over all really good dress! Definitely will still wear. Just had poor size judgment hahaha ... show more

This dress I ordered last minute for a wedding. I didn’t want any of my shorter dresses for a September wedding when it was going to be breezy and was really looking for a very elegant, simple long dress that was easy to dress up with the right shoe and hair style. This dress was very pretty and the leg slit makes it. It fit GREAT and didn’t have any weird seem issues or malfunctions. I’m a small person and didn’t want it to make me seem shapeless, but it gave me a very pretty shape and bonus that it was very easy and safe to move in while dancing hard on the dance floor. This dress is great from the waist down, but the cheap straps are uncomfortable and sewn awkwardly close together. I had read that in reviews and ignored it, that was a mistake. The neckline is also weirdly sewn with elastic and feels and looks very cheap. If you could get past the top, the dress is cute. It falls well past the waist and the slit is nice, it's not sheer at all. For taller girlies (I'm 6'0) this hits more like a midi dress but in a good way. I got a S and it fit ok, but I have a smaller chest (34B) and it was definitely tight around my chest so if you have a bigger chest be careful. ... show more
