Bough these for my three year old who requested ballet shoes. Ballet shoes won’t work for everyday shoes as they are designed specifically for dancing and don’t have the required soles a toddler needs for walks, park, etc. these were beyond perfect for her. Fit well, do not seem to have irritating spots in the heel, but maybe a bit hard to put on for little ones as the elastic is tight, my daughter loves them because they are ultra sparkly and the pink is very pink, one complaint is the glitter is very scratchy and will probably wear off but we have only had for a couple weeks so I cannot comment on durability. ... show more

I bought these for my daughter after she got upset that the cheap plastic ones from the store didn’t fit her feet. She was so happy when I showed her these, she wanted to put them on immediately. So far, she’s worn them with her mermaid costume every day since they arrived. They’re not the easiest to get on and they feel a bit stiff, but she seems to be ok with that. I like that they can’t slip off her feet as she runs around playing dress up. A little glitter has flaked off, but that’s to be expected. These shoes are so beautiful and perfect for little girls who like “ballerina shoes.” I got both the black and pink for my newly turned 4yr old, and she LOVES them! They’re very flexible and comfortable too. It seems they run just a little small though. I initially ordered a 10 which is her usual size (think Cat and Jack brand from target, and other brands). I ended up having to exchange them for size 11.5! But hey, they fit now, and she is so happy. So am I because I love seeing her happy, and looking super cute. ... show more

They were so cute that the problem is she wanted to wear them every day and I don’t believe they’re good for every day where as they started to peel up on the bottom. But I highly recommend for a special occasion outfit, dress up clothes, or every once in awhile wear.
