I like the color and dress has a nice fabric. The raised dots give it dimension. I feel it is too long for me at 5’2” since the folds/pleats weigh the dress down straight. I didn’t find it flowy like the title says. The cut flatters my hourglass figure. I am not a fan of elastic sleevs. These are not tight but on the shorter side. The dress I got is poorly sewn at waist and the flaw is on the front (photo) so another reason not to keep. It does have a sewn in label as well as a hang tag so although dress is affordable I would not consider it cheap fast fashion. ... show more
