They are thick and feel so soft when wearing. So easy to put on. No issues with the zipper so far. I HAVE NOT WASHED YET. I haven't worn it enough to wash it and I'm scared bc of how nice it feels and they are quite expensive. I bought 2 of them when I bought them on sale and I want more of them but I'm not willing to pay what they are asking right now (37$$). I don't feel that these are stretchy, but they are a beautiful style and look so good on no matter what you pair them with. I like the bigger coverage, baggy look but I bought the large and it's not to big but just perfect. Lots of pretty colors to choose from. I will buy more. I think these are great quality and this is one of my favorite brands on Amazon. They just need to lower these prices!! ... show more

The sweatshirt has good thick material. It’s cozy and warm and it looks good on. I took one star off because as others have stated, the zipper is cheap and hard to move up and down. I am about a size 10 and bought a large so it would be loose fitting.

I can't get over how great this sweatshirt is. This is really well made. The material is thick and I mean thick. Most sweatshirts these days are a lot thinner than I like. These are an 80's throwback to a time where a sweatshirt was almost as warm as a medium weight jacket. This is winter beach weather level warmth. The outer shell is durable polyester and then a very soft cotton inside that makes you want to snuggle against it. There's an extra layer in the pockets so that you can stick your hands in them and it will keep them nice and toasty. Almost as good as gloves. I consider myself to be on the small side usually. I'm 5'6 and weigh 110 pounds. I buy a small in sweaters because I like them to be snug up against me. I prefer jackets and hoodies to be a bit looser on me so I purchased a Medium. Keeping that in mind, It fits just right. I've got some wiggle room in the front so when I stuff my hands into the pockets they aren't uncomfortably jammed up against me if the hoodie is zippered up. It will also accommodate for a little extra belly fat from eating too much over the holidays. These guys thought of everything because I looked all over this sweatshirt and couldn't find a single visible seam. I looked everywhere. There's nothing that scratches or pokes and the zipper is also heavy weight metal. The only thing I ran into which could be a problem is the string for the hoodie isn't tied on the ends. I just tied both ends before washing so they stayed in place. Otherwise or it will probably come out during the wash as one reviewer mentioned. ... show more

These Pretty Garden hooded jackets are great. They have a nice weight and the zipper is a substantial metal not flimsy plastic. One thing about them, is the light colors (white, light blue, pink) come with very stubborn creases. I washed them on gentle and dried the on delicate like I did for the dark colors. The only way to remove the creases is to dampen the whole jacket. Then with the iron set on cotton, use the dry setting and really work them out.
