I almost didn’t order this one because it’s tighter and I like on my stomach but I tried it. Get the dress. I am 5’2 and 160 lbs with a mom of 4 kids belly. It’s something I hate and always want covered. This dress was amazing. It’s tight in the right places for me (top and legs/butt) but was looser around the midsection. But the best part was was fabric over the dress that made it unique and also covered the part I didn’t want tight. It’s the perfect dress. I felt so confident and I also got so many compliments. I did wear some shapewear shorts underneath because I wanted a bit more smoothness but honestly I didn’t need it. And when I got hot later on, I took them off and it was just as perfect. I bought this dress in too colors. Made of good comfortable material. I could wear it all day comfortably. It is not see through. It has a lining inside. I love all the colors they have. I chose the Navy and love the color! The fit is pretty close, a little large on the shoulder and then around my chest. (Nothing a few pins can’t fix.) It is a very comfy material! I would note — the back is thinner than the front, because the front has that layer of material that overlaps. You will need some shape wear so your underwear outline isn’t visible. I’m planing to wear this for a wedding this summer, and I think it’s the perfect combo of cute and formal. This dress is pretty. I have had 4 large children who left my stomach with a permanent pooch. The way the dress gathers at the side covers the tummy perfectly. Even when you sit or bend the fabric covers it in a way that is still flattering. The only thing I don't like is how thin the fabric is. I tried pink, nude pink, dark khaki, and the blue/green. Pink was basically see through. The rest were a little better, but I will still be getting a strapless full slip. You can see right through, especially in natural light or outdoors. I liked the smaller size and it hugged tighter at the hip. The medium was slightly more comfortable but more puffy at the hip. I usually tend to buy baggy, loose fitting dresses to hide my tummy, but I'm so glad I tried this! ... show more

Just received the dress and will be returning it. It’s a nice weight of fabric and is not see through. Fits pretty true to size. I didn’t realize that the tie wasn’t attached/part of the dress. It’s a separate fabric belt that you have to tie. My biggest complaint is that I have a long torso and the waist sits about 5-6” above my waist, which left the widest part of the dress and my waist. So I ended up with a weird baggy section in the back at my waist. If you have an average or short torso you are probably fine. If it wasn’t for where the waist fit, the size would have been perfect. ... show more

Admittedly skeptical but this dress looks AMAZING and makes me feel classy and beautiful. The length is just right and the material is layered so it doesn't look like I am wearing a cheap dress. It will roll up and pack nicely. I am 5'8, 148 lbs, 36D, almost 60 yrs old.

I ordered a small. I am 5’7 120-125 lbs. Chest: 36 1/2 Waist: 29 Hips: 37 1/2 This dress is actually very pretty. The material is nice and it was comfortable. If this came in an extra small it would have been the perfect dress. I bought it for a derby party but will be returning as it just wasn’t tight enough in the right places for me. I was sad though bc it was a really nice dress. You can wear with or without the belt. It would be a great event dress for guest at a wedding or bachelorette party. I was not able to see through it, so I would say fabric is of good quality and has some stretch to it. I usually wear a small or medium depending on the fit I want, just wish they had an xs. I bought shape wear to wear under it but in pictures no shapewear is worn as it wasn’t tight anyway. ... show more
