I bought it to wear it as a modest shirt. It’s a little long to wear as a shirt and I did consider returning it for that reason, but the texture/work is cute. It’s lined aside from the sleeves and the neck is not too deep. I was able to wear it in the Texas heat at the Fair all day without issue.

I am 5’2”, 135 pounds, 36C. Purchased a medium (based on size chart and reviews) but had to get it altered; a small would have fit better. I really like the quality of the dress and particularly the fact that it has a lining. Therefore it is NOT see through. I like the subtle puff on the shoulder, gives the dress more character. Therefore it falls just above my knee, so the length is perfect for me for the occasion. It is stylish and classy. Certainly value for money because it looks like it costs more than $25. I will purchase a blue in size small to see how that goes. One reason I didn’t give 5 stars, the white isn’t white-white. It’s slightly off white. I'm returning it because the chest is too tight and the skirt and full lining makes me look a lot more pear-shaped than I am. If you're thin on both top and bottom, this dress might work for you. The material is pretty, but arrives very wrinkled, and ironing eyelet is usually not fun.

Beautiful dress love the material but to me it didn't fit right and it was just straight didn't seem at all to look like the same dress the picture shows a wastelibe.. I sent mine back, I had bought for Easter. Such a disappointment.
