I ordered down a size and regret it .I should have stuck to the size chart. As a 12 I ordered a medium. I should have ordered a large. It is very cute. The neckline or rather the shoulders sleeves could be easily worn off the shoulder. You really have to pull them up sometimes to keep them up. The blue color is beautiful for spring. This really looks like the expensive brand name dresses I've seen.
