I'm really happy I got this. I ordered the brick red color and it's really pretty. I went by the size chart and ordered small. I'm either small or medium, depending on the item. The small fit perfectly, so the size chart was accurate for me. The fabric is not scratchy, so you can wear it without a slip. The front waistband has a button and zipper closure. There's also that inner flap of fabric with a button that keeps the band flat. The back waistband is elastic and keeps you comfortable throughout the day. There are belt loops on the skirt so you can add a belt if you want. The fabric isn't stretchy, but there is a slit in the back so you're stride isn't restricted. I really like this skirt. It will be perfect for my fall/winter/spring wardrobe.

Everything the product description details. I included the picture from the product description as comparison to my pictures. My pictures zoom in on sections of the skirt for more details. Notice the waist line has some elastic built in that goes most of the way around. It stops at the front for the closure. That makes for a good look at the front without bunching. I provided a picture of the skirt belt line so you can see this. I also provided a picture of the slit side so you can see that it provides room for movement without being too revealing. The color is true to the product description picture. It is a nice brick red, not a bright red, or orange-red that you have a hard time matching something to. Very nice, looking forward to cleaning and wearing.

The red version of this skirt is a beautiful color. I wish it was constructed better, the first time I sat down the split, split ALL the way to the thigh. The fabric is a little thin, and the seams were loose. For $30 I expected much more. This would be a great work skirt if it had more consistent quality
