The stitching is solid, no fraying or loose threads. The weight of the fabric is great for spring. It's polyester, yes, but feels closer to a medium thickness, cotton tee with the perfect amount of stretch. It's very comfortable. There are small touches here that make this dress stand out, like the functional buttons at the back of the neck. They are a stretchy loop closure, easy to close and have give so it never feels tight. I have another similar dress with cheap metal hook and eye fasteners that are such a pain! Not these. Also, for the pocket ladies, this dress has them and they're a good size too. They don't poof out and make your hips look odd either. As for fit, I usually wear an XL and that's what I ordered. It fits perfectly. I'm 5'8, 220ish and a 44dd with an hourglass shape. Because of the stretch in the material there is still some room if your bust is larger, and that's really the measurement that matters here given the fit and flare, A line type style. It doesn't cling to any of my lumps or bumps either. The only issue you might have is specific to tall girls. This dress hits me just a bit longer than mid calf. It's kind of an awkward place for it to fall but I have sandals with ties up the calf that look great with this dress. It has a romantic feel to it, perfect for the warm months, but would also carry you into fall with a crocheted cardigan or light jacket. An all around great dress!

This dress is soft like cotton (the tag says 94% polyester and 6% elastane) and breathable. The fit was perfect for me in size Medium (I have 36D chest, I'm 5'5" and 140 lbs). One of the things I really like is that it has pockets! The dress is something you can wear all day as it flows and moves with you easily. It also came with an extra button in case one falls off where it fastens at the neck. One thing I'm not impressed with is the coloring. Upon taking it out of the package, the dress already looked like it had been worn for a while. With a price tag of $40, I would expect something with vibrant colors, not something that looks like it's been through the washer and dryer several times. I would not consider this dress worth the current price. If it was $25 it would be a fair price. Overall, the dress is nice, but I wouldn't wear it to any special event, it's more of a casual summer dress.

This PRETTYGARDEN Summer Halter dress is very pretty dress. It's really soft on the skin, flowy and breathable. I usually wear a size 8 and this dress fit perfectly on my 5' 7" frame. I really like the relaxed restrain style of this dress, which was made to suit my casual style and it's soo comfortable to wear. It has pockets which are actually useable - yes, my iPhone 11 fits in this pocket. The dress is very well made and came with a replacement button for the button at the neck I guess - just in case. I ordered the white polka dot dress, and I really like this off-white color as it is neutral enough for my favorite accessories. I love the comfort of this dress, and I think I could wear this dress all day and still be comfortable. The price on this dress is very reasonable especially for the quality that you get.

Definitely a casual summer dress in that the material feels almost like t-shirt material but softer and a little thicker. No worries about seeing through. Soft and elastic enough to not bind. Yes, there is a slightly worn look to it, almost as if the material is brushed, but the colors look good (red/white) which is more of a burgundy. Ordered a medium which is my girls normal size and upon unwrapping, was afraid it would be too small. It is a little snug, but only right under the chest which leads to a quite flattering accentuation of the bust while then becoming loose enough to hide imperfections and panty lines at the waist. Looks very good and even got comments on our first outing. Great!

This gives me Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman vibes (from the polo match). I wish this had a little belt or was cinched at the waist because it’s a little baggy on me (tried taking a pic of how baggy it is under my arms). Even though it kind of hangs on me, it still is pretty cute. There are pockets that are hidden well, so that’s a nice bonus. The fabric is heavy so there’s good weight to allow it to move with you. I wish the fabric was more vibrant. That would allow this to be a little more versatile, but as is, it’s a cute casual dress. I can see with flip flops, a large brim hat, walking along the beach. This just needs a couple little tweaks to make it a great dress.

The media could not be loaded. Another total win from PrettyGarden. This dress is absolutely beautiful. The material is incredibly soft… it honestly feels like it’s gently hugging your skin. It’s lightweight, breathable, and perfect for warm days. I chose the chocolate brown with tan polka dots and it is just darling. The print is classic but still fun, and the overall look feels effortlessly put together without being overly dressy. The length is a true maxi, which I love. You can easily dress this up with kitten heels or keep it casual with sandals or even flip-flops. It’s one of those versatile pieces that works for so many occasions… I would absolutely wear this out to lunch or a casual day out. The pleating at the waist is really flattering and gives a nice silhouette without feeling restrictive. For reference, I’m 5’4”, 128 lbs, and a 34D, and the size small fits well. Since it’s sleeveless, you can easily layer it with a denim jacket, cardigan, or shawl, which makes it even more versatile. You will need a convertible or halter-style bra for the neckline. I wore a sports bra that could be adjusted around the neck and it worked just fine. This dress comes in several cute prints, including a really pretty floral, so there are plenty of options to choose from. Price-wise, it’s right in line with PrettyGarden’s typical pricing, and they often run great sales… so it’s definitely worth keeping an eye out. This is an easy five-star find for me.
