Wonderfully consistent product in shape and material. The ball bearing is the often overlooked when deep diving into details of the industrial revolution. Their uses vary so widely it is safe to say they are incorporated into everything we see or involved in it's manufacturing. These amazing little spheres here are a great example of consistent and quality manufacturing, and will function in any application chosen. My chosen use focuses on the slippery conditions that arise when scattered across a surface. They create such a slick surface, no legged being on earth either artificial or biological is capable of remaining upright while treading upon them. A pocket full of these are a very valuable tool indeed. I recommend buying a few yourself.

I got these to replace some drawer slide bearings in a dresser and wouldn't you know it, I needed 5/16'" bearings which I ordered separately. My bad but these are quality bearings individually packaged by size, and I'm sure at some point I'll find a use for them. Good value for the money.

I have no reason to believe these aren’t what they say they are. Certainly, they arrived spherical with no obvious defects. The surfaces are clean, free from dust, rust, and oils. Still I’d clean them with acetone if oil-free is mission critical. I intend on using them for spring-decent closure in small wood projects. I can’t imagine they would be bad at that.

This is a great variety pack of stainless steel bearing balls. I used the largest size to put in my miniature paint vials for easier mixing when the paint settles.

I usually keep these on hand so I can facilitate mixing of paints and liquids. It is incredibly important for them to be stainless steel versus regular steel so they do not rust over time. So far these are doing well and all of my miniature paints.

I intend to use these to deposit powdered metal on 3D printed items in a rock tumbler. I still have to get the powder. Even though acetone does not dissolve PLA, it will make the surface somewhat sticky, which helps with adhesion. This is what you need for that, an assortment of sizes that will hit all the surfaces. Other shapes will help as well, which I plan to acquire.
