We didn't open this until Christmas eve. There was several pieces broken and/or bent. It was very difficult to assemble it took almost 2 hours assemble with two of us working together. They refuse to return the product because it's like 5 days past the 30 day return period but didn't think our daughter's biggest Christmas gift was going to be broken. DO NOT BUY!

It took two of us to put the vehicle together over a four hour period. The instructions were awful, with pictures only and not much explanation. I recommend that you count the screws. They send extra but we got 8 more beyond that and I had to recheck to see if I missed something. I will post again later on how it runs but giving a 4 for now.

The product was fine overall, however it came with the wrong instructions. Scrambling on Christmas Eve to find the correct instructions was less than desirable. Also one of the fenders came broken, cracked in half. It doesn’t affect the functionality but it doesn’t look near as nice. I guess Santa’s elf must have dipped into the egg nog when he was packaging this one🙁

Fantastic ride on toy! We had a Chinese branded one which lasted 2 weeks and had no costumer support. This one feels way heavier duty and easy to drive for my 5 year old. Battery life lasts about and hour and a half. I put it together in about 20 minutes. Battery has to charge for a minimum of 14 hours prior to use. Highly recommend!
