the rubber piece drys very easily I just slapped some marine grease to keep it from wearing down so fast. it’s been good so far better than paying $100+ and beats not having brakes in the first place!

Unfortunately I don't have any more information than that. Suffice it to say, this was an exact replacement for my daughter's 4 wheeler. Replacement took maybe 10 minutes. It works fine.

Installed easy - but I am an expert. Must know how to bleed air out of brake system. The emergency brake mechanism would be impossible for a young child to operate on the tiny four wheeler I installed this on !

    • Fit my 2009 Polaris Sportsman 90 after hydraulic upgrade
I used this to upgrade my 2009 Polaris Sportsman 90 with Kawasaki 90 brakes. The only problem is that the brake lever is way too big for a kids hands. It also builds so much pressure that the kids cant set the locking mechanism on it. I'm going to try heating it and bending the lever to be more kid friendly. Wish me luck. ... show more
