My 3.5 year old was getting too big for his second hand dump truck ride on, and he was really into the idea of a “Jeep”. We picked this up and he’s been thrilled with it. There was definitely some assembly required, but overall it wasn’t too bad. The instructions were clear enough, and the provided tools covered all the needs. Once assembled everything is nice and tight, the build quality is quite good. From a functional standpoint, it would be nice if it had a slightly tighter turn radius, but I understand that’s a fine line for roll over risk, and it’s functional enough even in my relatively small back yard. The battery life has been solid so far, my boy can drive the afternoon away with no problems. I will say, we’ve had a couple of minor issues. On arrival one of the tail light pieces was broken. And recently the audio system that controls both the car noises and the music playback has died, BUT the postack folks have been amazingly responsive and supportive of both issues and have worked diligently to make things right on both counts. So my 5 stars are both for the quality product and the quality customer service that I’ve received!

The side by side car itself is pretty well built and has plenty of speed and power. Our daughter hit a fence post with it and stripped a gear in the left front motor. There is no number to call but there was an email address to a representative. They sent us a brand new motor free of charge. It took almost a month, but these days it is rare that a company would provide replacement parts free of charge. I would recommend this purchase, but beware of the speed on this thing.

This is a great toy the kids absolutely love it. I don't know if it's my kids messing with something or if the toy is kind of glitches because when they are riding it, it will stop and won't go for a little bit then go again. I wish there were a way to tell how charged the battery was so we didn't keep plugging it in if it doesn't need it. I have had it last up to 2 hrs with only one kid driving around but if you have multiple kids, the more weight the faster the battery dies. My 4year old took a few practice drives but now drives awesome. Tires are really good it takes off in our back yard and does great, it even makes it up our steep hill. All in all a pretty good purchase.

Bought this UTV in green for our 5 year old grandson because he was growing out of his car. He loves it! He was a little scared at first because even in low speed it goes fast, but he has driven it several times now and getting the hang of it. He also loves to just ride and let me (Nana) use the remote. I love the fact that the remote has a button on it (P) that is a break, so when your child is driving you can stop them at any time when pressing on this button. The UTV will not go until you press the button a second time. Nice safety feature. We’ve only had this a short time, so only time will tell how it holds up, but we are very happy with our purchase right now.

First off, this thing is a BEAST compared to the other toys I bought my son in terms of both size and power. My son absolutely LOVES this car, he simply can't get enough! Three speeds on the remote two on the car, third speed is FAST and the car just takes off. No problems in grass or rocks this thing climbs it all as it is not lacking in power. Customer service is incredible and very responsive!! FedEx lost my original order, somehow, I contacted the seller and before the next day I had a tracking number for a new one. Can't complain about anything on this toy minus one issue and it's not a big deal, the turning radius is a bit large but so is the car so, expected. I can write for days about how positive of an experience this car has brought to my son and my experience with the seller. 6/5 stars if I could. It beat my expectations.

I purchased this truck for my grandson for Christmas. He was so excited to get it. Two rides later the truck axle came completely off of the truck. I requested a replacement because it was a welding issue. The return policy for this heavy truck is another truck price $400+. Speaking with a person is nonexistent. The contact number does not work. Receive assistance with returning your defective item is nonexistent. If you purchase this item and it’s defective you will end up purchasing a new truck. This needs to be fixed. You will be able to text seller Through Amazon texting. The seller sent a new truck and then I reached out for the last time to get assistance on sending the truck back and I was informed to not send the defective truck back.

The media could not be loaded. So glad we chose this one!!! We gifted 2 different ride ons for our kids for Christmas. We chose a more expensive one from a different website for our son who is older and this one in pink for our 3 year old daughter. This one goes faster and the battery lasts longer. It’s also quieter. The seller was so amazing in responding to us quickly when we couldn’t find the parts which were inside the hood. We messaged them on Christmas Eve late at night and they responded by the morning so that we were still able to put it together on time. We honestly wish we chose this one for our son too. They ride every single day for at least 2 hours if it’s warm enough. We’ve actually gone through a few different ride ons over the years and it’s very difficult to find one this good!!

We were expecting this toy to have rubber tires as it’s stated on the product details. It came to us and has the same hard plastic tire that is sold everywhere. Paid additional shipping to come here so it totaled our bill to almost $800. We could have went to a store and got the same machine and saved that cost of shipping. Only wanted this for those tires! Very disappointing as we live on hills and have stone in the driveway. Making it very hard for our daughter to actually ride and enjoy.
