I wore this at a 1920's Gala & got so many compliments. It is stretchy & flattering. It was sheer & a bit long for me... so I decided to wear a black petticoat (Mermaid shape) underneath the dress which made it look really nice (sheerness gone with a black petticoat) & not drag on the ground. I got a Lg - I am 5'4 ~ 180lbs and wore a corset under the dress and you can't really tell. Except in the selfie photo you can kind of see that it grabs onto the bottom of the corset a bit, so was adjusting it every now & then. But otherwise it is gorgeous dress. I chose to wear a bra that was a halter tank top style bra so that my tata's were not on display lol. Even though my husband wanted me to go braless. Maybe someday when it's not for our kids school haha. I do feel glam without the bra, too. 😉 ... show more

Dress is beautiful fits true to size. A few rindstones came off just trying on dress. Was a little concerned on how many would come off at the event. I did return because of the length, I’m 5’1, 140 pds long legs, was way to long even with the heels on I was going to wear. I had thought about hemming but where I was going to have to hem would had been right at the sheer on the bottom and I felt it wouldn’t look right. If you’re taller go for it so cute!! ... show more

The dress did what it was supposed to do! I had to size up so I had room for my chest — also did the halter hack I read from some other women to make it fit tighter around my neck. I had to pin the back as well for the extra fabric — no time to get it altered. Also, it was very long because I’m short. Worn to a black tie event and it didn’t disappoint. I actually loved this dress! I thought it would be cheap like a Shein material, but it is a sturdier mesh feel, but the transparency doesn’t begin until below the thighs. The cleavage area is really low so I tied a knot around the neck and it fit perfectly. Camouflages pretty well. I usually wear a size 8 in Calvin Klein dresses and Large in dresses from places like Rainbow and Shein, but followed reviews and sizing and ordered 1 size up, which is my first time ordering an XL, but I like the fit. As mentioned, the top is too low but I’m only a C cup so if you have a larger bust and/or like a lot of cleavage, then you won’t have any worries. I’m actually exchanging the gold for silver detail - gold is pretty as is but I have to match the party I’m attending. Lastly, I’m 5’2 and float between 146-154 pounds. $50 is a good price point for this dress. ... show more

Loved the dress. Compliments all night. Size small. Fit hugged the body. A bit long so I had to keep pulling up the dress to dance or walk. I’m 5’6 and 130lbs. The stones came off when I was trying to wipe away a little stain. Other than the stones not being sturdy at all it’s a beautiful dress.
