These are advertised as postpartum panties which I have no doubt they would be perfect for, but I am a 64 year old post menopausal grandmother who has found these to be my favorite every day underwear. Though I can still wear a pair of skinny jeans at being average size and weight, I'm just not comfortable in skimpy undies anymore and yet not ready for granny panties. These fit snug and are so comfortable and breathable and they take care of covering the little tummy pooch I have developed in my older age. Well made and comfortable. I washed in a laundry bag and they did well. They are not wimpy, but have substantial body to them. I was not using them as postpartum, but every day. Tired of ones that don't hold up so trying these. Not sure of their longevity as of yet. So far I like them.

The underwear feal absolutely comfortable. Except when you have a tummy ache that's the downfall. I have had c-sections and so I have a flap of skin that hangs over and I've never been able to find underwear that held me correctly and this one nailed it on the dot finally. I thought my legs would be to small and that my butt would be too small for these underwear but actually they worked just great in fact I might just purchase more in the future. The only problem I'm having right now is a stomach issues and that comes often so it's putting a lot of pressure on my tummy a little bit more than I can handle right now.

THESE DO RUN SMALL. Listen to the multiple reviews and SIZE UP! The quality is great. Nice thick material and they do hold everything in during the postpartum period. They come up to about the belly button area. I almost would order a size Large for the immediate first few weeks and then a size medium for thereafter.
