So I am 5'6 170lbs and I wear a large. I purchased a large and it's a little big on me. I actually don't mind, because I work with kids and I do A LOT of moving around. If you want a fitted look, you may want to size down, but if you want room, get your size. I have washed it several times and it's still very vibrant and feels great! The fabric is great and very easy to wipe off. I have put it in the dryer numerous times and it still fits the same. So you don't have to worry about shrinkage at all.

Not great quality to me. The stitches around the sleeves and bottom are white which don’t blend in at all. It’s that polyester stretchy material that can look cheap. I know, it was cheap. I donated it as I will never wear it at work.
