    • Fun to open, but be realistic about what you're paying for
This was a fun little pack to open, and there's definitely some enjoyment in the mystery aspect — not knowing what you're going to pull adds a bit of excitement. The cards arrived in good condition and everything was packaged fine. That said, I'd be lying if I said this didn't feel like a bit of a money-making scheme. These aren't official Pokémon packs — they're aftermarket, resealed collections, and you're essentially paying for someone else's time to sort and repackage cards rather than getting a true random pull straight from the manufacturer. That's not necessarily a scam, but it's worth going in with the right expectations. Somebody has to get paid for the labor of assembling these, and that cost gets passed on to you, often without matching the actual value of what's inside. If you just want a fun, low-stakes unboxing experience or a stocking-stuffer type gift, this can still deliver that. But if you're looking for real value or a legitimate shot at rare pulls, I'd recommend sticking with official Pokémon packs instead.     • Resealed packs be careful
Pack was was previously open and resealed you can tell on the packaging the cards had no room to move in package and it was to short on the ends were you can tell it was resealed there wasn’t anything good in the pack nothing but basic cards

I went into this with no expectations and can safely say they were soundly met, though I would described myself at best as 'Whelmed'. The presentation was nice, but you cant help but shake the feeling this is someones bulk organized into fancy packaging. Unlike purchasing a real pack where there is a known percentage of hits and chances to get them, I dont know if my pack was the average or a deviation, or if anyone's pack has a mega chase card. That said it was a fun pack to open, and perhaps that lack of knowledge make it slightly more fun to cycle through the cards. Was I expected an OG Charizard? No. But could it have been in there? Maybe! TLDR: Probably not for a casual player but if you want to roll the dice this isnt a half bad option! ... show more

I've been collecting trading cards since elementary school. While my own collection has always centered around sports cards, my kids have gone in a different direction and become big Pokémon fans. I may not know all the characters or card values, but I know the excitement of opening a mystery pack. That's exactly why I picked this one up.
