This pizza pan is a great size! Finally I have a pizza pan that is large enough to accommodate a pizzeria size large pizza. The size makes full use of my oven for a family size pizza. Smaller, frozen pizzas can be cooked on the pan as well. The pan has a non-stick coating that prevents the crust from sticking. The perforations on the bottom help it to cook evenly and not be soggy on the bottom. The pan is raised a bit on the bottom, which helps air circulate underneath if it is sitting on a stone. For pizza I almost always use a pizza stone. However, for roasting potatoes, vegetables, cooking some breads, and meats, I prefer a pan like this. Sadly, one of the kids "destroyed" my old pan, so I needed a new one. 😂 Lately, I have been adding more of this creamy white color back into our kitchen. It's not a color that is easy to find. Also, I specifically wanted the pan to not have the handles and a lower lip around the edges. How I use my pan: I lay foil or parchment paper on it. Then, I use a light spray of olive oil on the foil or paper. Next I place my seasoned potatoes or vegetables on the pan, single layered. I lightly spray a little bit more olive oil on top, and place in the oven. Even with the foil or parchment paper, the holes allow for even heat distribution and I'm able to cook my potatoes and vegetables without have to flip them and in less time. They come out crispier on the outside, cooked evenly, and softer on the inside. It's basically full proof. With breads and meats, I usually don't spray anything. I have also roasted nuts on this. It's good for heating up frozen snacks or anything you have to flip halfway through cooking as well. I have used this pan 8 times already since I've gotten it and it cooks exactly like it should. It's lightweight and easy to clean. It is dishwasher safe, but I just quickly handwash it. Once you start using one for food other than pizza, you won't go back. ... show more

I like the large size of this pan! If I want to cook a smaller pizza I certainly can and often will even cook several personal pizzas on it at once. The non-stick surface ensures that the crust won’t stick, making for an easy release. I used this once of which it cooked a nice pizza, however, after one use, the non-stick coating is already coming off in spots showing the bare steel underneath. I noticed it when I handwashed it.
