I needed a dress for the annual TOTY galaxy. I was having a really hard time finding something I liked at a price point i was comfortable with for a one time dress. This came in today, and my event is 4 days away. It fits like a dream (size 16, 5'6, ~200lbs), and is very simple and pretty. I'd be glad to wear it again to spring or summer weddings or whatever. I've list a good bit of weight, but am still a little uncomfortable around my stomach, so I like the fabric across the middle before it just flows seamlessly down.

This is now my favorite formal dress! I am 5’7 & weight 205 & the XL fits absolutely perfect!! I don’t like dresses that make me feel fat or dresses that insinuate my stomach area & this dress doesn’t do either of those things. It’s honestly so beautiful! It’s not see through at all. It’s double lined. It has like a mesh type material on the outside & a stretchy type material on the inside. It’s great quality however the straps could have been done a little better. I am worried they might end up ripping off after time because the weight of the dress is a lot for the tiny straps. Even if the straps end up breaking off that’s an easy fix but for the price they could have made them better. I could be mistaken, maybe they will never come off & the quality of the straps is better than I think but for how tiny they’re & for how heavy the dress is I can’t imagine them lasting a long time. 🤷♀️ I think the price point could be better however this dress is stunning. It’s extremely comfortable. It’s perfect for weddings, going to a nice restaurant or ball or party, etc… I LOVE the mesh shoulder area, it really pulls this dress together. You can wear it two ways, you can wear it with the strap up & the mesh over your arms or the strap up & the mesh part under your arms. (I WILL ADD A PICTURE SHOWING BOTH WAYS.) I prefer the mesh over my arms like the seller pictures show the dress. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DRESS! 👗 I am so very happy I took the chance I chose this one.

Let me gush for a second: I love this dress and I am SO HAPPY I took the chance on it. I sized down for what I would normally get from Amazon (20 to be safe, but I got 18 this time since that’s my torrid size is 18). The material is appropriately gauze-y but not completely sheer. It had enough give to not suck into every crevice of my body, but I would also wear some shapewear to smooth some lines out. Worth noting as well, I did not steam the dress before photos because I… don’t… do that.. so these are straight out of the package pics. The filter at the top is so pretty! The dress was generally comfortable to move in and sit in and such. Plus it has a ✨sexy little leg slit✨ for a good time.

I actually really like this dress! Sometimes, I have issues with dresses that have pieces that hang over the shoulders because they don't stay up, but they do in this dress. I think I didn't get my proper size, which is okay. It's not really fitting on my waist the way I'd want, so it's not as flattering as I'd hope. The material stretches slightly, but for the fit of this dress you probably wouldn't want it too tight. But, it is quite comfortable and very breathable. The only place that isn't too great for me is the straps that hold the dress up, as they feel a little weak and flimsy. But overall the dress is quite nice.

I felt so pretty in this. Sizing is on point, and it lays beautifully. While there isn't a lot of stretch everywhere, there is enough in the back to make it fit nicely in the chest and upper body. The skirt is just a hair more than what I'd call an a-line, but not quite a full skirt. I feel like the picture makes it look fuller. I wouldn't mine the split being a little higher, but to be fair, I wouldn't notice if it weren't there at all. It is double-layered, with a soft, silky inner layer and a light chiffon outer. Looks lovely and I can't wait to wear it out.
