  • Numbers and Lines are too dark
Color: Light Pink
I love the design of this paint-by-numbers but am extremely disappointed at the overall quality of this specific one. Canvas is quality but the numbers and lines are printed way too dark and the paint doesn’t contain enough pigment to cover them. From far away, the painting looks great. Up close, it looks awful and obviously a paint-by-numbers. Even the darkest paint colors are not covering the lines, even with multiple coats. I’ve now painted each area at least three times which is extremely time consuming. Hours I feel I’ve wasted because I can’t hang this on my wall now. On top of the dark lines and numbers, inside the tube was a 8x10 paper with a mini copy of the painting for reference along with instructions. It must have been rolled up inside the canvas right after printing before the ink was dry. I had to peel it off the canvas and when separated, my canvas had lots of the ink from the paper all over it. It clung to the texture in the canvas causing dark dots all over the side you paint on. (As soon in picture 2) had it been rolled up on the outside of the canvas it would have been unseen at least. All the dots are still visible in so of the lighter painted areas even after multiple coats. Keeps bleeding through. Very sad I wasted all this time. Definitely not wall-worthy. Also the actual orange paint colors don’t look right compared to those areas in the picture either. ... show more

  • It so beautiful.
Color: Blushing Bloom
This product could be my most favorite thing I’ve done in 2023. It’s so relaxing and beautiful once complete. It was shipped and received in two days. It would make the best gift too.

  • The best PBN I have purchased from Amazon !
Color: Petal Power
When I first started this project, I found a few dry paint pods, but I reported it quickly and about a week later I received a complete set of replacement pods. Heidi, in customer service took care of the issue in a timely professional manner. Great customer service! But report any problems as soon as possible. FYI. There is a window period. The project is coming a long quite well and enjoy working on it a little everyday. The colors are true to match, and the quality of the paint and canvas supersede any other PBN I have purchased from Amazon. Highly recommend paying for a quality product. I will purchase another Pink Picasso PBN very soon. Enjoy!! ... show more

  • I LOVE these!
Color: Mail Me Roses
This one was so beautiful. I just used painters tape and taped it to an actual canvas (much easier than having it lay flat and painting it from a weird angle. So much fun

  • Fun for a novice painter
Color: Light Pink
I love coloring with colored pencils, but wanted to try a new medium. I have never been good at painting, finding the brush to flexible to wield. I decided to try an easy paint by number set, and found this set design and colors to be pretty. I did notice many reviewers bought a second paint set, but they were all sold out when I looked. Due to this, I was light handed with my paint. I ended up going over much of the painting twice, sometimes three times, to get the desired coverage. This was to be expected, but I had just enough of some paint, and plenty of paint leftover for other colors. My set, like many others, was a bit too orange. Some of the petal transition colors were also different hues, so instead of dark pink, medium pink, light pink, it went dark pink, medium PEACH, light pink. The color difference was obvious, and it did not look good. I was able to mix some of the leftover paint to create a more pink color that looked much better. I did this last, and just painted over the top of the original peach color. I have always been good at being able to differentiate color variations, so this was not a set back for me, but it did contribute to knocking off a review star. Overall, I had fun, did not feel intimidated by the new medium, and was able to relax while creating a beautiful peice of art to frame and hang (eventually). I highly recommend this, though, only to someone who is able to blend thier own colors, so they can fix the manufacturing error. ... show more

  • Accurate description, easy, and gorgeous
Color: Mail Me Roses
My first paint by numbers and I'm delighted! Everything was as described, there is more than enough paint, brushes were fine (although I did use a makeup brush for some of the finer detail.) Don't overthink it and just trust the process. If it's not perfectly in the lines it still works out, and if you make a mistake, the water based paint is easy to clean up. Have fun! ... show more

  • Absolutely NOT worth the money.
Color: Light Pink
I recently discovered paint–by-number for adults during a trip to Michael’s. I got a kit there for $14.99. I enjoyed it so much that I thought I would explore this as a new hobby. When I discovered the Pink Picasso sets, I figured they would be the Cadillac of paint – by – number sets. I was completely wrong. The brushes immediately shed all over the canvas and the paint pots. Several of the paint pots had paint that was nearly impossible to use. They were old and very sticky and hard to spread. Others were watery and spread too thin. They were all very inconsistent in quality and it really impacted the entire experience. I was hoping for a mindful activity with a beautiful result and instead it was frustrating and I was really aggravated I spent $42 on a crappy product. I just received two other kits from other companies. I paid $9.99 each and the quality is infinitely better. Shame on Pink Picasso for charging an exorbitant amount for an inferior product. ... show more
