However, it came apart at the seams within the first week of use. It was still functional, but water was getting down inside. I decided to return it for this reason. It was such a big investment, and I was nervous about how the company would stand behind their product. Hours of fun! Bought this inflatable for my 18 month old for Christmas. She is a little small for it and she is the size of the three year old she has trouble climbing up into it but will bounce and slide for hours and demands I get it out almost daily. The quality is good have not had any issues whatsoever. I do wish there was a zipper to help the air come out faster when we are done playing. But overall worth the price very happy. ... show more

Very disappointed with both the quality and customer service. We purchased this water slide at the end of July 2025 and have only used it twice. In less than a year, an internal seam failed during second use, causing the slide to bulge and become unusable. I contacted the seller hoping for assistance, but because it was “almost a year old,” they said this was considered normal wear and would not repair or replace it. For a product used only twice, I expected it to last much longer. Hours and days of fun. 1000% worth it. I was nervous that my 8yo and 12yo would be too big for it, but they love this thing on hot days. They use it dry and wet. Add a bottle of soap and they have a blast. It is perfect for our yard that is small and on a hill. Even kiddie pools haven't worked well in the past. Set up takes less than 5min.
