This product helped pin my ribbon bar to my Navy uniform as described. No measuring , just put the mounting bar in the designated holes , and attach. I also found helpful, to watch the Pin-it YouTube video that’s out there. Those two things put together will make your uniform turn out inspection-grade perfect!! Two thumbs up!!! :) ... show more

This thing is not easy to use. Some of the locations on the attached instructions do not work with the card. I had to look it up online and still seems wrong. Save yourself a headache and get a ruler.

Its very helpfull and compact. And there are youtube videos also. Note: alot of the placements require you to unpin remove device and repin. Ive thought about maybe chalking the pin needls fist, but idk how messy that would be.

It was ok. I found it easier to just do it the way I have for the last 17 years. I was going to return the item but by the time I paid for return shipping it I would have lost half of what I paid for the item.

there are other tools that are much better. this is difficult to use and not clear what the measurements actually are. not clearly marked.
