Do Not Waste Your Money on any of BMS Pillow talk products. I purchased my first Pillow Talk massager at an adult store venue and paid about $100.00 at the time. It broke less than 120 days later. I contacted BMS enterprises in Ontario Canada about the warranty only to be informed that the product carried a 90 day warranty and there was nothing they could do. Like a fool, I purchased a second revamped Pillow talk massager. The item had been reengineered ( apparently from a latent defect) and the new massager broke within the 90 day warranty. I was informed by BMS representative to mail the item back to them. The cheapest option was $24.00 USPS and submitt with a custom form. I did exactly what I was advised to do only to be informed by BMS that they would not accept the return as mailed. They then informed me to try mailing it back again. A true stall tactic an another cost of $24.00. Do not waste your money on any of their products.” ... show more
