I absolutely love these boots—honestly a little sad it's getting too warm to wear them now! I picked them out specifically for a trip to Scotland and wore them sightseeing all over Glasgow and Edinburgh. They were comfortable from day one and fit perfectly. I also chose them because of the rubber soles, and they delivered—great traction even on wet cobblestones and slick sidewalks. The boots are lightweight but still feel sturdy and well-made, which made them perfect for all-day wear. I applied a waterproofing spray before my trip, and even after walking in heavy rain, my feet stayed dry and comfortable. While they aren’t advertised as waterproof, they held up impressively well in wet weather. The leather is beautiful, and even after many wears in rough conditions, there’s only minor scuffing. They’ve stretched a bit with wear but didn’t lose their shape. The heel height is high enough to feel a little dressy but still very walkable. As expected, perfect PINKOLINO qualulity, fit and design. Comfortable heel height with miderate warmth. I wear for work and social but not snow shoveling. The boot provides ankle support as well. My black boot purchase goes with everything. Easy to keep clean.

Is 5 "LOVES" overkill? Nope! I was blown away by the quality and style of these boots. The fit is true to size, I ordered an 8.5 and have plenty of toe room. Love these boots! I bought these to replace older boots with 3” heels that I can no longer comfortably wear. The slight platform reduces heel height to about 1” which is perfect for my lifestyle. They are exactly as pictured and were comfortable right out of the box. The leather upper is soft, allowing it to conform to my foot and do not irritate my (minimal) bunions. Apparently they have steel shanks in them so just beware I had to take them off and walk thru again. I bought half size larger due to comments so they are a little big unless I wear thicker socks. Found these boots at a high-end retailer and was surprised to discover I could order on Amazon with faster delivery...so I did! They are cute boots...casual with some flair. They look great with jeans and black pants. Most importantly, for the price, they appear to be good quality so far and they are comfortable (much more so than my pointy toe ankle boots)!
