I clear coat them with expensive automotive clear coat 4x back and front, hanging them off fish line, otherwise they will chip and scuff. The photo turned out good except seemed a little on red side, but clear. The thumb print turns out a little dark, but was still good. My mother passed away and the funeral home sent me her finger print and I had it placed on this necklace for my brother for xmas. It was such a touching gift. Its on a little dog tag and the little bead chain. Its nothing super fancy but its great for the price!
