I purchased brown and the pants I received are purple. I purchased a small (25.4 waist and 35.4 hip) because I read they ran big, my waist is 26 and my hips are 36. The waist fits perfectly and the length too (I am 5'7") but the rise is so high that the hips are very loose and saggy. I have to roll the waist up to tighten the butt area. They are nice pants overall but they are clearly made for someone with butt implants or someone who is like 5'10" with most of their height in the torso.

I'm 5'3 around 130 lbs and ordered a size S. They fit PERFECTLY and are beyond comfortable. I already want to order more colors as an office wear staple. If you're in between sizes, size down - these are stretchy and if you want it to fit a little snug like me (yoga pants-y), you wont regret it.
