so right away: amazing product!! -great quality for the cost -it arrived so fast -i paid for expedited shipping and it arrived 3 days earlier than expected still -engraving is deep and done exceptionally well the ring itself is of great quality and seems durable so far. my boyfriend praised it saying it looked like a wedding band haha! the only downside is that there aren’t half sizes for the rings so i got him a 10 when he’s a 10.5 and he can wear it on his pinky which he is perfectly content with. the ring came in a beautiful, strong box that he can keep the ring safe in when he’s not wearing it. when i presented it to him, it was nice enough i didn’t feel the need to wrap it, the light added every bit of "style" necessary without the wrapping. overall, i definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy a nice, personal ring. ... show more

If I could give more stars, I would. They get five stars for the beautifully and professionally engraved ring, and they get five more stars for their excellent customer service! I ordered this ring as a Valentines day present for my boyfriend in late January. To my dismay, the post-office lost the package less than a week before Valentines day! I quickly e-mailed A & L Engraving with this dilemma and they got back to me within the hour. A few e-mail correspondences later, they set about re-engraving a replacement ring and sent it out with priority shipping the next day. (Real day, not just business day) To my joy, I got it a day before Valentines day, so he didn't have to get an IOU at dinner The ring itself did not disappoint in the least. They are true to size, excellent quality, and the engraving is perfect. I highly recommend this ring for anything that you would need a ring for!
