The quality of the work is outstanding. Absolutely love it. One of my photos was laid out wrong landscape instead of portrait but I kept it anyway didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning and waiting for the right one. It cut our legs out of the pic, which was a bit disappointing. I didn’t reach out to them about it to their defense so I don’t know how their customer care would have responded.

I had an AI generated portrait of my brother taken before he passed. I didnt have high hopes, but I purchased this in 10 inch size to see how good it looked. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and got here earlier then expected. Seeing it brought tears to my eyes, and I cant wait to give it to my mother. For the first item I ordered, the image looks nice and sharp, and seems to have been printed at the right size, but it looks like my print came off of a printer that only had magenta and cyan ink left, because all the yellow/orange tint is missing from the image. My image is of an Old Fashioned cocktail, but it showed up at my door looking more like a glass of pink lemonade. The second try for the Old Fashioned came out much better (not shown), so I think I was correct about the printer ink issue. Maybe a better QC process is needed. My next image of a photo I took in Osaka came out great (shown). I’m satisfied for the price and the speed at which P&L can deliver custom items. Overall, I’d recommend!

Excellent quality photo! I love the size and the thickness! I got a 20x30 canvas. I got it as a gift for my mom for Mother’s Day to put on her wall. She loves it! Pricing was great for such a big canvas photo as well!
