18.5" Happy Snowman Monogrammed Christmas stocking - can be personalized with a name. The Happy Snowman is all dressed up and even has a real knit scarf with fringe. I'm giving this a 5 star rating due to the excellent customer service I received (the stocking itself was also very nice and of high quality). When I received my order I noticed the name on the stocking was not printed as I requested. It was an unusual spelling and required some unique punctuation. I had listed it correctly in my order but I realized later I probably should have emphasized the unique requirements. Upon receipt of my misspelled stocking, I sent a note to the company explaining the situation and really didn't expect them to assume any responsibility for my problem. I was very pleasantly surprised when they responded immediately apologizing for the confusion and saying they would expedite a replacement stocking with the correct spelling and assured receipt prior to Christmas. I received the replacement quickly and in time for Christmas. I highly recommend this company as it was such a pleasure to receive such excellent customer service. ... show more

This is a nice cheerful traditional stocking in traditional Christmas colors. I have a large selection of stockings (to which I’m constantly adding, my bad) and each year everyone picks the one they want to use for the current year. (We STUFF our stockings with gifts and candies!) So I didn’t want personalization on my Stocking Factory Smiling Snowman stocking, purchased on this page. I’ve attached a photo showing the stocking without its personalization, and I think its good looks do not suffer for it. I thought I’d mention that this stocking looks sturdy, etc., but it appears that the low-pile plush fabric is foam backed. It is a thin layer of foam and I’m not concerned with it, but just so you know, if you still want to use this stocking in 50 years, the foam backing is more likely to deteriorate than if the stocking was made out of regular woven fabric.
