I uploaded this old photo that I added color to, as it used to be black and white. I was afraid of how a 5x 7 would appear after using gimp to colorize it then blowing it up to 24 x 16. Then there was an issue with shipping because the address label was torn off before it made it to the usps truck, so it took ten days to receive it. However, it was well worth the wait; the enlarged photo on the canvas turned out perfect in every way, even considering all the bogus apolgies we received from the shipper and the usps. I understand cost effectiveness, when you sell something like this at the price I was quoted, there is a narrow profit margin, I get it. But if the item is promised by Tuesday and gets lost on Monday, it would be better to refund the customers' money and send the picture, or upgrade the shipping to overnight, because we wanted the picture before the woman went into surgery, but when the picture was found on Tuesday morning, a new label was created and the opportunity for a new delivery date arose, and we were promised delivery one week after the original delivery, but did not receive the picture for an additional three days after that, when the right thing to do is try to meet the original date as closely as possible, its a moral thing that sometimes supercedes profit margins. ... show more
