I cannot tell you how happy I was to open this when it came in the mail. It was very sparkly and beautiful. Recently a side stone fell out of the setting of my engagement ring and I wanted to see if this was a setting that I liked before I decided what kind of new setting to put my engagement ring stone back in. I wore it for one day and the stone disappeared. I type for a living so I was not doing anything heavy or rough with it. I was so sad as I loved this ring. So my review is that yes, I loved it... but I was devastated to only have it for 1 day.

I received this on time. But when I opened it it was first bigger than I thought .It looked very fake. Not that it was a real Diamond but it looked like a piece of hardened piece of cotton, rolled up into a prong setting. It was nothing like I thought. I was very disappointed.

The ring is very pretty, the stone has lots of sparkle and does not look fake, which is awesome. However, I've looked at numerous real diamond solitaires that are 3+ carats and this stone looks larger than the real diamonds do. My hands are far from dainty so I can wear larger jewelry with no problem. But, and I never in a million years would have thought I'd say this about a stone, it's too big. I have a CZ ring with a 5 carat stone in it, and this stone is almost as big around as the 5 carat stone. I was expecting big, but........ The ring itself is well made, the setting is very nice, and I love that it has 6 prongs. I would recommend buying it, but only if you want a really big stone. The band they include with it is the perfect size, width wise, and they do look very pretty together. I'm giving it 4 stars because I'm not the type to give a poor rating for something that is just larger than I thought it would be. The ring is a nice ring. :)

I laugh when I see reviews complaining about the "stone being loose" or something of that nature... THIS IS A FREAKING $40 ENGAGEMENT RING PEOPLE!!! If you are seriously buying this ring for your fiance as her "official" ring, you might want to jump off a cliff. My wife's "real" ring costs well into the 5-figues, this ring is a backup for crazy nights out and certain foreign countries. And on that note, the one I received is perfect! To the untrained eye, the stone looks quite genuine (as CZ have vastly improved over the years). Even the color of the metal (whatever material it is, I don't know) matches her real platinum wedding band perfectly. So in short, I highly recommend this item for the purposes stated above.
