I bought this after getting a new 75 inch tv for my bedroom. The 46 inch I had before just wasn't cutting it for gaming in bed before crashing out for the night. Got rid of the old stand and this has been perfect for ehat I was wanting. I wanted to be able to pull the TV right to the edge of the bed for the shooter games when seeing things in the distance matters a lot. This was very easy to put together. Well worth the money to me. If I need another one. This will be the only one I get. The shelf, cable straps...it's all sit a well thought out design. The wheel base is perfect, no fear of tipping as I tested if there were any direction of movement that could possibly make this thing go over. Extrmely happy. If you're thinking about it, and you have similar needs like mine, or even just the need for mobility and a sturdy stand then this is your stand. Thank me later!

A good product. It is not hard to put together, but does take a substantial amount of time. (Just lots of parts.) Once assembled it is pretty sturdy, and handled my 50" LCD with no problem. Moving it around is easy, and the wheels lock, once you have it where you want it. The one thing I was disappointed about was that you don't get much range for height. They only drill holes to mount the TV basically at the top of the poles, so there is no way to lower the TV very far. That is reasonable if you are planning to do a presentation in a meeting room, or to a class. However, there are many cases where I would prefer to have the TV a little lower. Drilling more holes so the height was more flexible would have been better. (Though I am not going to knock stars off for that...)

I bought two of these for a rental home that had no wall mounts for TVs. The owners did not want us to damage the walls with traditional wall mounts. These seemed to be (and are) a good substitute. We have one in the family room. This gives us considerable flexibility in where we have the TV. It also allows us to position the TV so it can be seen in the breakfast nook when we want that. The other stand is in the primary bedroom, which is quite long. If we had a wall mount, it would have been either too far to see comfortably from the bed, or at an awkward angle. The stand is well made. All parts fit together nicely. The result is quite sturdy for a 55" TV. Both stands are on carpet. Strongly recommend that you move it by holding the stand, not the TV. The universal mount works well enough, but pay attention to where the brackets end up on your TV. I had one where the inputs were covered and I had to take the TV off and plug everything in before fixing it to the stand. You definitely want to have two people available when you put the TV on the stand. It isn't that hard, but you need to see it hook into the stand. The shelf can be mounted in front of the stand or to the rear. This is helpful if you don't want whatever you put on the shelf to get knocked off. Keep in mind that this has a very wide and deep base, so in a smaller room it might be a tripping hazard. However that base makes it very sturdy.

Good solid stand, easy to assemble with all parts fitting snugly. Worked great for rolling my 58” TV outside for World Cup games. This stand can handle larger TVs but this size met my needs. Can’t wait until football season starts!
