I'm starting with 4 stars because this is the maiden voyage and I haven't run them through the ringer yet so to speak, but so far I am VERY impressed! Being fifty-(cough) years old (welp there's a test right there), I purchased these for light bladder leakage. I have also tried the reusable cloth liners, which work just fine but feel bulky and somewhat diaper-like, so decided to give these a go (haha). So, at first pit stop the inside of the underwear was wetter than I expected, but NOTHING on the outside. I hadn't even felt any dampness. I have only worn the first pair for part of a day, and already I am very pleased with this product. It does run a bit small - I normally wear a size 8 panty, but based on the sizing chart, ordered the XXL and they fit just right. (I am 5'6" and 195 lbs. for reference.) The leg holes feel a tiny bit loose but definitely not intolerable - better than too tight. They are soft and comfortable. I worried they might make a "swishing" sound as they appear to have a plastic-type middle barrier layer, but no problem there whatsoever. We'll see how they hold up over time and deal with washing. I'll hold my 5-star rating in reserve for now for that reason, but so far I am very happy with these for the price! UPDATE: I'm officially updating my rating to 5 stars - I love these and will be ordering more! No more landfill-filling disposable liners or bulky removable inserts for me. These feel like normal underwear, which is exactly what I was going for. (I do wash in cold and drip dry, and they've held up great so far.)

I am a mature woman, 5‘7“, 165 pounds. A little round around the middle. I’m pretty active so I was looking for an underwear that would fit smoothly under my activewear as well as daily jeans, skirts and shorts. Imagine my surprise, when these underwear arrived, they fit perfect. There is a very thin plastic lining sandwiched between two pieces of cloth that prevented any wetness showing on my clothes. I have worn these underwear for several weeks now. They are totally wash and wear, dryer, safe, and constructed very well. No sashaying noise, no droopy undies, and no climbing up the crack. These are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

The overall feel comfortable. When by size and reviews. Overall feel very comfortable but the leg opening is way too big gapped opening about 2 inches of a gap .

They could have a little more padding, but I really like these. I LOVE how the extra protection goes all the way up in the back. No uncomfortable seam to sit on like others I've tried.

I'll admit I was skeptical but after an accident or two after a 4 hour car trip. I am glad I got these. Initially bought a set for a 7 hour car trip. They worked wonderfully & made confidence of not wetting clothes a thing of the past. To those with lower reviewing stars I hope you do realize they are not to be used without a pad of some sort!? This is a re-order to have when need again (just in case I can't find again).
