I scoured the site for comments about full frontal coverage and cannot really get a clear idea on which ones have them and which ones don't and that's a little bit of a deal breaker for me. These are a little tight on me in the legs but not so bad that I can't wear them, I actually think the size just runs slightly small. I have a heavy flow and these are pretty good at keeping me leakage free for about 3-6 hours on heavy days. As I mentioned my biggest issue with them is that the coverage in the front is too short, they need to come much higher up to prevent leaking for the way they fit on me and the way I bleed. They do make a little noise the first time you wear them but that goes away with a couple of washes. I'm about 4-5 periods in using them now and they aren't enough to cover the entire time and I have a very short cycle, but I suspect if they had full frontal coverage I could get more wear before having to change into the next pair. Bleeding is annoying and having to change your underwear over and over is annoying but anything is better than a tampon I guess!

The fabric is thick and makes a crinkly paper sound, but it goes away after you wear them for a bit. They run small so they ride up in back, so size up one or more if you want full coverage.

This is not leak proof panties. They are very comfortable without a pad on, but I ordered a different brand and they were actually leak proof, I thought these were to, but a very embarrassing moment for me says they are not. I was at ball game and thought my cycle was almost over so I wore a regular sized tampon. My daughter just moved up to coach pitch and plays a new position. She didn’t know her position so I was up and down and yelling during the game. After the game I went to restroom because I knew I needed to change up. Once in there I realized it was all over my pants and I wiped just as much blood from the OUTSIDE of the panties as I did the INSIDE of the panties. Do not buy unless you just going to use as comfortable underwear. DO NOT EXPECT THESE TO BE LEAKPROOF.

These underwear are great. The material is soft and holds up great. I’ve tried several brands of period-type underwear and with others, they don’t last or the elastic breaks loose. Not these though- they fit well and I like that the elastic is internal. This seems to make them stronger.
