I’m really happy with it! The carbon fiber weave looks great and I also really love the design of this spoiler compared to the Tesla one. It also sits very well on the lip of the trunk and I don’t see any large gaps in the fitment. Also, compare this @ $300 ($270 w/ 10% off) to the $700 that Tesla charges for theres, it’s an easy choice! The installation is very easy, just make sure to take your time so that you avoid any mistakes. Measure the spoiler ends properly so you have it centered on the trunk for the best fit and adhesion. And as for the 3M tape cover, make sure not to pull too hard because you can tear it and give yourself a headache trying to pull the rest of it from underneath the spoiler. I made this mistake but luckily was able to use tweezers to pull it out from underneath.

Beautiful product, came with elegant, apple-like packaging and more add-on decals and chachkas than necessary. Install was easy (recommend the video over the included paper directions). I have one negative, since this is the most expensive third party spoiler I had high expectations for an OEM-level fit. The bottom did fit perfectly but the top had a gap on the left half large enough to slide a fingernail in. I expected a tighter fit. Another reviewer suggested silicon to fill the gap, I may do that.

I had a cheaper rear spoiler on my model y before this one and the fitment was really bad and also the adhesion was falling apart in just a day, but this one is way better. The fitment is spot on and the adhesion is still holding up very strong after a full week. highly recommend this spoiler to anyone that owns a model y.

This is a good quality spoiler, no flaws or defects on the spoiler itself. I installed mine 4 months ago and no major gaps or issues with the tape or adhesion. I was drawn to it because it was slightly different (but not radically so) from the Tesla spoiler. Just different enough to set my car apart a bit. I think the spoiler makes the back of the car red model Y look good compared to the stock look for non performance models, especially with the black trim and black wheel covers on the model Y. I installed mine over a ceramic coating. First I masked out the area the spoiler would go and then I polished it with a magic eraser to try to get rid of the ceramic on the area the spoiler was going to be attached to. I then cleaned with soap and water, and then rubbing alcohol, wiped with an microfiber cloth, and finally installed the spoiler when it was all dry and clean. After installing I pressed it into the car very hard and held as long as I could, then taped it down and left it for a few days, then left it in the sun for a few hours to finish the curing process. So far it seems to be holding. Why some spoiler installs fail and some hold is hard to say but I don’t think it has anything to do with the quality of the product in most cases. It might be a combination of luck and installation technique? Anyway, I would recommend this product despite it being a bit more expensive than competitors.

Spoiler came well packaged from the shipper. It was a snap to install. Made sure to keep it dry for the 72 hours after installation. Took it to a high pressure touch less car wash a week later. Must admit I was halfway expecting it to come flying off at times during the wash. It came through unscathed (but I may use a lower pressure touch less next time). Really like the look it gives the car.
