I washed them in cold water, delicate and dried on low. I didn't notice any shrinkage or color change (blue). They did wrinkle but it was expected with 100% cotton. I love these sheets! I haven't had this quality of cotton sheets since I lived in India. Yes, they wrinkle some but the feeling of this real quality cotton far outweighs the fact that they wrinkle some. They're soft and they don't cling to your body like microfiber. I love these sheets. When I first opened the package I was disappointed, I didn't like the feel of the material at all, but since I had just gotten a brand new bed in a different size & was eager to start sleeping on it I decided I'd wash & use the sheets until I could get new ones. Well, let me tell you. After I washed & dried them the feel of them changed. They are pretty darn near perfect now. They are just the right combo of soft & that crisp sheet feeling I was hoping for.
