The folders arrived quickly and in good shape, I used half of them already and it's very easy to see the titles due to the two-tone folders. The quality is fair considering the price. They work for my purpose, if you need a strong, thick folder, these may not be for you.

I like the two tone, the pale blue on the tab allows you to write easily so the writing shows. I once made the mistake of ordering something that looked like two tone, but wasn't. The tab was too dark for writing to show up clearly. GO for the two tone every time!
