I’ve used this on several runs and it’s worked wonderfully on chilly days. The sleeves have a nice, comfortable felt liner that also seems to wick moisture well. It’s a little tight around the wrist so if you’re wearing a watch, it would have to sit outside of the sleeves. Materials are good quality and I love the clean aesthetics. There’s a thin strip of rubber along the inside of the upper arm. I believe this was to assist in keeping the sleeves up. Unfortunately I think it’s just inevitable the sleeves will droop. A quality sleeve that has good insulation. The upper bicep area with the elastic band is kind of tight, so I'd recommend ordering a size larger. Some people still complain that it's tight and cuts off blood flow, but this can be rectified by stretching the elastic bicep bands over a few days. I put mine on the bottom of a flower pot and let it sit for a few days, which helped greatly, but you can use anything round that the sleeve will fit on. ... show more

Great fit and comfortable enough to wear all day. I completed a 12 hour ride through 35-80 degree weather. Triple Bypass in Colorado two days ago. Cold rain and hail storms several times during the day but my arms were never cold even though I was soaked. They are thick enough to retain body heat. I wore a thin long sleeved pullover or super thin wind jacket over them most of the day, taking layers on and off as the temperature, rain, and elevation changed on my ride. I left the sleeves on all day and my arms never felt wet (although they probably were) due to the thick barrier the sleeves provide. I could feel rain running down my back, but my arms were warm, so I never felt cold. Absolutely my favorite piece of gear that I was most grateful for on that long miserable day! I really like these arm warmers. They allow me to ride when it's cold, (down to 40 degrees). /they are easy on and off, and don't bind or are uncomfortable to wear all day long of on long rides. A great addition to my riding equipment. These and the leg warmers make for a great cold weather ride.
