This is a pretty good necklace overall, I've had it for almost a year and I wore it everyday for three months or so and nothing has broken or anything. The gold does wear down after that kind of everyday use but it's not terrible. It is comfortable and does not get tangled in my hair which is nice. Looks high end. Bent quickly with daily use, maybe 2 months. I take off my jewlery when showering and sleeping and hang up necklaces. Not sure why it kinked, it's not very noticeable when wearing it. I'm guessing it will continue to get kinks in it.
