Today I notice the gold plating has worn away in places to reveal a copper ring underneath the gold. I'm disappointed. I thought it was silver underneath but I guess I got this ring mixed up with others I was looking at. Disappointed I won't be able to keep wearing this ring. My first thought when taking the ring out of the box was wow! It is not only beautiful but very comfortable to wear. It is Not a big bold ring. It’s very dainty and the CZ’s are very sparkly. I ran it across the stretchy top I am wearing and it did not snag. Since I just received it I can’t say how it will hold up, but for now I will enjoy wearing it. Because it is not pure gold and I love it so much I will not be using it as an everyday ring. I showed it to my sister and she loves it as well.
