I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with macarons because we were talking about going to France a couple of days ago. I thought it would be a fun and yummy gift to inspire us to pursue traveling again after the quarantine covid-19 year we had. Anyway, the macarons arrived so quick! So quick that we didn't even know it was outside our door until we were leaving to go to work. We quickly opened the package and set the box in the fridge (we were sad because we thought it had melted but didn't have the time to check it). Finally we opened the box after work and tried the macarons. Even after being outside in the sun, the macarons still held its shape and it tastes so good!!! It's flavorful and not too sweet. We can't travel to France at the moment but these will do for now. :)

I was more than surprised when i took my first bite. It's the flavors on the taste buds. So natural , so real. Many times I bite into a product and it screams artificial flavoring. Not so with these little gems. i am buying another box. For me only. My special treat.

A good friend told me about this excellent bakery in San Diego, Le Parfait. Since I am on the East Coast, visiting it is not exactly easy - so when I found out you could buy their macarons on Amazon, I jumped at the chance, and they did not disappoint! They arrived well packed in a cute little cooler bag with an ice pack. The bag will be great to reuse as a lunch bag. The macaroons themselves are amazing little melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness with just the right amount of creaminess in the center. So good! I'm delighted these are available on Amazon -- these will tide me over until I can get out to San Diego and try some more of their yummy confections.

For my first time... It's definitely my last! First of all the cookies came sogy and easily crumble apart as seen in the pics. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by trying each one to see if I find any that actually taste good. Nope! All so gross and leave a horrible after tast. Some were mushier than the others. Especially the middle one! Not for mine nor any of my family's taste buds. We all dislike each one which is ashame and definitely not worth $40. Instantly thrown in the garbage!

I bought four boxes. One as an anniversary gift for my husband, one as a birthday gift for myself, and two as birthday gifts for my sisters. And we all loved them! We loved that it came with a flavor guide to see what we were trying, and the packaging was so well done that the macarons were intact during arrival and sending. Ordered 24 variety pack. Was boxed nicely, but be aware if you live in a warmer climate they will arrive warm and not chilled. Flavors ok but not outstanding. Big letdown: no description card of what you received in your variety box. So you guess and choose. Problem with that...someone might think they get strawberry/raspberry but can get something like rose, which honestly tastes like eating perfume...
